I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. While the building appeared old and run-down, the staff were very accommodating with airport transport and even moved us to another room when requested. The location near the airport was the only good point, though I recommend avoiding Madrid if possible. The dining experience was hit or miss, with good value for money but limited options. Despite some drawbacks, the convenient location and accommodating service were highlights of the stay.
